To keep confidential and not reveal any of the information of the Employer (being any information including any documents or verbal information that are known or are in the work site all of which are considered to be and referred to herein as the Confidential Information) and shall not reveal any Confidential Information of the Employer to any person of crewell or entity in any way or form, and not to disclose any Confidential Information and not remove any Confidential Information from the work place without the prior written approval of the Employer. The Employee shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any person unless authorized to do so. Further the Employee shall not engage in disclosing any Confidential Information whether written or verbal to any person or entity and shall not photocopy any documents without the authority of the Employer and undertakes to obtain the required permission from the Employer for such activity, and further undertakes to inform the Employer about any possible occurrence coming to his/her knowledge of any breach of such undertakings and warranties as appearing in this SEA by any other staff members, and the Employee further undertakes to keep the Confidential Information to which he/she may have access and/or brought or come to his/her knowledge during the course of employment and not to divulge or disclose verbal or in writing, directly or indirectly to anyone, including but not limited to his colleagues
Crewell and Sample
-Not photocopy, record or transmit any papers, reports, charts, data, records, statements or documents whether such is part of the Confidential Information or not concerning the work without the prior written approval of the Employer, the Employee further undertakes to immediately report to the Employer any contravention of this provision by his crewell colleagues, fellow workers, if noticed by him.
– Not use publications, official papers and documents, letterheads, official seal of the Employer in anyway unless duly authorized to do so in writing and only for official purpose. The Employee shall not sign or type, print on official letterheads and documents or put them into circulation, and shall not represent the Employer before any governmental or official authority or before a public or a private sector entity and person unless instructed, under a written power of attorney in his favor from the Employer. Further the Employee shall not make any public statement to the press or other such body or any one else without the prior written consent the Employer, and not sign or execute any documents that may engage the first Part in any obligations and or forego any rights of the Employer in any way or form or commit the Employer to any obligation or agreements, and not sign or print documents or circulate or disclose any information as such, not represent or promote or introduce him/her self as representing or as being the authorized representative or being empowered in any way for or on behalf of the Employer to or before any governmental or official authority or before a public or a private sector unless authorized to do so by a written power of attorney from the Employer.
– The Employee warrants that the educational crewell certificates experience certificates, conduct certificate details of scientific or professional experiences, experience certificates, details of previous work and employers and information and representations as have been provided by the Employee to the Employer are true, genuine, authentic and valid and do not misrepresent any facts and contain no faults or unclear or inaccurate information.
– Acknowledges that he/she have read and fully understand and have been well informed of the SEA
