Maintain the confidentiality of and not disclose any employer information (being any information, including any documents or oral information, that is known or in the workplace, all of which are considered and referred to herein as confidential information) and not disclose any employer confidential information to any person or entity person in any way or form, and not to disclose any confidential information or remove any confidential information from the workplace without the prior written consent of the employer. An employee must not disclose any confidential information to any person unless authorized to do so. In addition, the employee shall not disclose any confidential information in writing or orally to any person or entity, nor shall he make photocopies of any documents without the permission of the employer and shall obtain the necessary permission from the employer for such activities, and also undertakes to inform the employer of any possible case where he becomes aware of any violation of such obligations and guarantees, as occurs at sea by any other employees, and further the employee undertakes to keep confidential information (new vacancies for seafarers) to which he may have access and/or which may be known to him during his work, and not to disclose or disclose orally or in writing, directly or indirectly, to anyone, including, but not limited to, their colleagues

Official papers and documents
- Do not use publications, official papers and documents, letterheads, or the official seal of the employer in any way unless properly authorized in writing and for official purposes only. — The employee warrants that educational certificates, work experience certificates, scientific or professional experience, work experience certificates, previous employment and employer records, and information and representations provided by the employee to the employer are true, authentic, reliable and valid, do not distort any facts and do not contain errors or unclear or inaccurate information (new vacancies for seafarers).
