At least one company manager and / or a representative appointed by the General Manager is involved in all dry docking stations / major repairs.
Together with a representative of the Company, the senior officers of the vessel monitor the work carried out on board in compliance with the technical requirements for repairs.
The progress of docking / repair is monitored by a daily meeting, which is attended by both company representatives and responsible shipyard staff. This meeting ensures that resources are allocated in the most efficient way to ensure that docking / repairs are completed on time and within budget. In addition, all safety procedures should be followed.
All maintenance work performed by ship personnel or subcontractors is registered with the VFS on board and the Company. Additional works not included in the initial specification are approved only by the visiting Super inspector and review by eto in ship.

Upon completion of docking, a full report on land repairs is prepared. This report is sent to the Owner and copies stored in the VFS on board and the Company.
Reinforcement changes
Any design changes to the vessel or its fittings, including the relocation of safety equipment, shall not be subject to the approval of the Company, which in turn will require prior approval from the Classification Company. If this sanction is obtained, the captain and chief engineer must ensure that the relevant drawings on board are changed correctly. Copies of the modified drawings must be sent to the Company indicating all changes so that the office copies of the same drawings are similarly modified.
The stability information shall reflect any significant changes before the vessel leaves the yard or repairs the berth. The Master and K / E should contact the Company on this matter as extremely important.
