In co-ordination with the Owners, Ship Manager will ensure that seafarers shall not work on the ships
unless they are trained or certified as competent or otherwise qualified to assigned duties on board.

Ship Manager will ensure that seafarers shall not be permitted to work on a ship unless they have successfully completed training for personal safety on board the ship as per STCW section A- VI/1 and recorded in Ship Manager – Form .
Ship Manager is committed to provide training to our seafarers to create an awareness of safe practices,
healthy life style and protection of environment. Briefing will be conducted so that every
seaman understands the high level of safety standards and system implemented onboard.
Each seafarer will be provided with a Personal Training Record book on joining of the vessel. Master is required to collect, complete and sign all familiarisation trainings carried out on shipboard. The book will be returned to the individual when the crew disembarks.
Ship Manager managed vessels , consider 2nd engineer vacancies, carry out training of our seafarers on board the vessels with the aid of training videos and also during our superintendents’ shipboard visits and/or short sailing assignments.
In co-ordination with the Owners, Ship Manager will review shore based training requirements and refresher courses for our seafarers based on appraisal reports ( Form- Ship Manager).
The company has placed on board on every ship “Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen” for the continuous education.
