– It is understood and agreed that the vessels on which the Employee serves may be employed in salvage services. The Employee shall not without the Employers written approval, pursue any separate claim for salvage, arising from work completed or services rendered whilst in the Employer’s employment. Any settlement of salvage remuneration arising from salvage operations shall be agreed by the Employer from such salvage remuneration, as the Employer may at his absolute discretion consider appropriate in the relevant circumstances.
– All letters or notifications issued by the Employer to the Employee shall be sent by mail and or email considered as delivered to the Employee when delivered by hand or by email to the addresses shown in this SEA or by email, OR if the Employee is still working for the Employer by posting such on any notice board at the site of work.
– the Employer shall have the right to freely assign this Contact to any affiliated entity
– no failure or delay on the part of the Employer to exercise any power, right or remedy under this SEA it acts as a waiver of it, and no one-time or partial exercise by an employer of any authority, rights or remedies does not interfere with any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other authority, rights or remedies.
The remedies provided for in this SEA
Are cumulative and do not exclude any legal remedies provided by law if any conditions or articles of this SEA are determined by any competent court or body to be applicable, contrary to any law or unlawful of VesselFinder or illegal in any way or form, then such term or article shall be deemed cancelled only and the effectiveness of the SEA shall remain as if such term or article never existed, it is further agreed that such determination shall not render the SEA null and or void.
– This SEA is the only and complete agreement between the employee and the employer, this SEA completely replaces all previous and / or other agreements or agreements signed or not signed between the employee and the employer and any affiliated persons of the employer, it is considered that the signing of this SEA is the recognition by the employee that he has received all his rights and obligations of any nature (except as expressly indicated and agreed by the employer).

-the Employee hereby acknowledges and confirms that he/she has fully and duly authorized any staff or officer of the manning agent/office whom has been assigned to facilitate his engagement with the Employer to sign this SEA for and on his behalf VesselFinder.
