Why is it even required? diving vessel and what does it represent? In general, this is a specialized sea or river vessel designed to perform underwater technical work. Additional training and recertification are solely at the expense of the shipowner. The work is not easy, but it is extremely in demand - especially in water areas with active resource extraction, construction and shipping.
